  • Can I cancel my order before it is dispatched?
    You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To do this, you will need to sign into your account and view your order history. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Yes, our carriers will require a signature when they deliver your parcel. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Sign in to your account, go to My Orders, and select the items for return. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with their labels still attached and in a saleable condition. See our Returns Policy page for more information.

Change Address

  • Can I change my address on my order once I have placed it?
    Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address, please cancel the order and replace using the correct address.


  • What currencies can I pay in?
    We only offer payment in pounds sterling, with the prices shown on the website. We are still able to process internationally registered credit cards for our accepted payment types. Please note that your card issuer may charge additional fees or exchange commission on Belle Grande orders.

    We buy direct from the supplier, with few middlemen, and sell the garments on our own online store. Belle Grande has considerable experience of the textile industry and a great knowledge of style creation. In addition, Belle Grande is cost-consciousness at every level; this allows us to offer goods to our customers at the very best prices possible.
